一、磁共振系统研发:用于食品快检的磁共振系统。针对食用油和其他食品中存在的掺杂、掺伪现象,研发了基于低场核磁的食品安全快检系统。该系统可在10分钟内实现对常见食用油品质(掺杂和掺伪)的快速检测,检测准确率>90%。已在多个食用油生产企业和政府机构中试用,获得广泛好评。被评为首届高校科技创新大会典型案例。
仲氢超极化系统。针对食品药品中存在的微量有害物质现象,研发基于仲氢超极化的低场核磁系统。该系统研发目标是:1、便携系统,可用于现成检测;2、15分钟内完成检测,检测准确率>90%,灵敏度优于μg/kg。
